Able Awarded Community Tree Pack
In November The ABLE Projects Conservation Department applied for a community tree pack from the Woodland Trust, to enable them to extend a hedgerow on site.
In December the Woodland Trust confirmed that The ABLE Project’s application had been successful, meaning over 400 trees will be delivered to site at the beginning of February.
This latest allocation takes the number of trees that we will be planting on site in the next three months to over 2000.
We are looking for groups of children and adults to come and visit our site to see what we are all about and whilst here why not plant a tree and help us to develop the biodiversity of our site.
At present we are also in the process of building a nature trail on our site and will be opening it to the public in the future.
